Position Announcement: Mandarin Pastor
Columbus Chinese Christian Church (CCCC) is seeking a full-time Pastor to assist Senior/Mandarin Pastor on taking the leadership role in developing, executing and caring for the caring & visitation ministry of Mandarin congregation at CCCC.

Role & Responsibilities
¡P
Assist
Senior/Mandarin Pastor to shepherd Mandarin Congregation to grow in
Christian maturity. The scope of assisting includes preaching, teaching,
counseling, visitation, caring and administrative leadership.
¡P
Work
closely with Senior/Mandarin Pastor and MCMC (Mandarin Congregational Ministry Committee) Deacon; and under the supervision of
Senior/Mandarin Pastor.
¡P
Design
and implement overall caring/visitation ministry for Mandarin congregation
including planning, training curriculum, programs, operations and
administration. The operations and
administration include biblical counse
¡P
Recruit,
develop and disciple caring/visitation leaders
¡P
Equip
Mandarin congregation members to reach out local Chinese and Asians
¡P
Rally,
encourage the support of Mandarin congregation members and maintain regular
communications with them through e-mail, newsletter, prayer meeting, etc.
¡P
Represent
the Mandarin caring/visitation ministry to the Deacon Board and pastoral staff
¡P
Give
priority to prayer and be a servant leader of praying-before-serving
¡P
Facilitate
unity and positive interaction within Mandarin congregation and between
congregations; and support church wide initiatives & programs.

Provide
leadership in evangelistic efforts, external events, retreats, training thru
MCMC (Mandarin Congregational Ministry Committee)
Qualifications
¡P
Born
again, devoted Christian with spiritual depth, vision, integrity and leadership
¡P
Well
balanced in prayer, planning, execution and discipleship
¡P
Good
communication skills
¡P
Bible
College/Seminary graduate with 1+ years of experience in
caring/visitation/Mainlander ministry preferred
¡P
Solid
theological training to be compatible with CCCC doctrines
¡P
References
required (recommendation form with out
¡P
Passion
to develop caring/visitation ministry of Mandarin congregation; and bring
Mainlander and other-needed members to fellowship and growth in the body of
Christ
